Manager, Sales Operations
Krista is currently rounding out her 7th year with DENTALEZ, having started with us as our Manager, Trade Shows. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and a gets-things-done approach, she enjoys her current managerial role in sales operations where she can apply her attention to detail and customer experience mindset. She’s quick to look for gaps and identify enhancements in the sales process, especially as it relates to best serving customers across their entire purchasing journey.
What roles have you previously held that either made it possible for you to enter your desired field or helped you learn specific things for your position today?
Managing our trade shows, I quickly realized that being organized is key when you have multiple projects going on, especially when you have products traveling all over the country. Our dentists and other clients are running very time-sensitive businesses. You have to make sure everything gets where it needs to be, correctly and often on a tight timeline.
What do you like about working in the dental industry?
I truly enjoy the idea that the innovation that DENTALEZ provides is helping not only the dentists but their customers as well. It’s a nice feeling knowing you're somehow helping people.
What's your favorite aspect of your job?
I love working with my sales team at DENTALEZ. It definitely makes the job easier, when you laugh and have camaraderie.
What's your favorite DENTALEZ product and why?
I would have to say the smart compressors and vacuums because they are paving the way to helping dentists have less down time. And not just the dentists, but the techs who service the equipment, as well. It’s nice to have something innovative and fresh.
