2. I will comply with the User Guide instructions or contact RAMVAC if I cannot.

3. I have a complete copy of the RAMVAC "Installation Checklist."
Please help me locate a copy of the Installation Checklist.

Proper installation requires completion of the Installation Checklist.

If an authorized dealer sold the RAMVAC, the dealer is responsible for completing the Installation Checklist, providing one copy to the purchaser and one to RAMVAC Corporation.

For all other sales, the purchaser is responsible for completing the Installation Checklist and for providing a copy to RAMVAC Corporation.

4. I understand that RAMVAC warranty coverage depends on RAMVAC Corporation's receipt of a complete Installation Checklist and this document.
