Specifically, the company’s Institutional and NevinLabs sales teams have joined forces to form a newly expanded Institutional Sales Team that will be in full effect by January 1, 2015. 

Remarked VP of Sales & Marketing Lisa Lee, “This recent merging of two key internal teams will help DentalEZ better penetrate and serve all customer segments, including dental labs, across the institutional channel. Our Institutional Sales Team can now focus on smaller geographic areas that will in turn allow increased frequency to better serve existing customers and the opportunity to manage a robust pipeline for future business.”  

Moreover, the new Institutional Sales Team model now enables sales representatives to better provide all DentalEZ and NevinLabs products while allowing for a more balanced selling emphasis through a single point of contact.    

All sales team members have received an abundance of cross training to ensure that they are extremely knowledgeable and prepared for a seamless progression. The new Institutional Sales Team is comprised of a number of outstanding DentalEZ sales team members including:

Andrew King

DentalEZ® Group, a supplier of integrated products and services for dental health professionals worldwide, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew King as General Manager of its Great Britain organization. 

 In his new position, King is responsible for managing and developing DentalEZ Group’s Great Britain organization, located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England. King will work closely alongside Lisa Lee, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will report directly to Vickie Waitsman, DentalEZ Group Interim President. 

 King brings many years of sales, marketing and business development experience to his new position. His resume includes employment with Ovum/Datamonitor, Yankee Group, Philips Telecommunications and Motorola where he played a critical role in each company by fostering business on a local, national and international level.

Geared toward all dental professionals and distribution partners, the 360° Customer Care Program provides a newly designed repair support program that provides instantaneous labels for repair requests as well as a comprehensive collection of educational and training resources for all StarDental products.   

360° Customer Care Form

A key feature of the 360° Customer Care Program is a new repair request form that provides an efficient, no-hassle method of requesting repairs on any and all StarDental products. Designed for a fast, user-friendly experience, the repair request form provides convenient drop down menus for identifying and immediately reporting the specific product, repair type and problem. Users simply fill in the information, print the repair request form and press the submit button. A prepaid UPS label is available to be shipped along with the repair form and product being sent for repair.

Welcoming Corey Thompson as Territory Sales Manager

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Corey Thompson to territory sales manager.

Corey Thompson

In his new position, Thompson will be responsible for maintaining existing professional relationships while identifying new prospects to increase all StarDental®, DentalEZ®, RAMVAC® and CustomAir® product and equipment sales. His sales territory spans throughout several regions including northern Virginia, northeast West Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He will report directly to Mark Frankenfield, northern regional manager for DentalEZ Group.

Thompson brings over 15 years of professional dental sales experience to his new position. Prior to joining DentalEZ Group, Thompson began his dental career as service technician/manager for Patterson Dental. Most recently, he held various positions at Henry Schein including equipment service technician, regional operations manager, certified integration technician and field sales consultant.

John Brunozzi Retires

We recently celebrated the retirement of StarDental® Manufacturing Plant Manager John Brunozzi. John was with StarDental for 45 years, beginning November 17th, 1969.

A veteran of the Vietnam War, John started with StarDental in 1969 as a Screw Machine Operator, then advanced to Setup, and also worked as an Assembler. In 1974 he was promoted to Supervisor of Instruments and Assembly and from 1979-1987 he was a Production Supervisor. Then he went onto Special Projects Manager 1987-1988, followed by Manager of Quality Assurance from 1988-1994. And last but not least, for the past 20 years he has been Manufacturing Plant Manager.

Open to all U.S. practicing licensed dentists and hygienists, the #MyStarHandpiece sweepstakes runs from October 7, 2014 through December 31, 2014. Entering the sweepstakes is easy. DentalEZ Group Facebook fans can simply visit the DentalEZ Group Facebook page at facebook.com/dentalezgroup and click on the “#MyStarHandpiece” sweepstakes tab. An online registration entry form will appear and dental professionals will be prompted to complete the form as instructed.
